New Features

RASTRAC will now READ (in synthesized human voice) your advisories, messages, and vehicle updates.
Warm start option automatically and immediately redisplays your vehicles when RASTRAC reboots.
The ODBC interface has been upgraded and Certified for Microsoft SQL, Access and Oracle.  
Install now has an option to update previous version or RASTRAC (retains your prior settings).
Network settings now contain a ping option to keep the TCP/IP connection active.  
Clients can request vehicle settings from the Server.  
Vehicle properties can disable report, recording, or database updates for each vehicle.  
System Log window messages can be automatically saved to a file (SystemLog.txt in reports folder).  
More keywords have been added to the advisories (inputs, event, message, nearest point, etc.).  
Vehicle settings can now be duplicated from one vehicle to another.
Vehicle status window remembers column widths, can be sorted, and displays colored text.
Nearest point (with distance/azimuth) has been added to the report file and vehicle status window.  
Advisories can trigger Get Position, Download History, and Send Message (advisory text).  
Vehicle Inputs and Outputs can be configured from System Options.
You can now add your own map layers to the map database.

Hardware Support

The IOP now supports Aeris, AEIT, EDDIE, IntraGlobis, GPS2020, Relm, and WebTech protocols.
The expanded IOP now supports the ORBCOMM interface to include Quake Communicator.
AirLink now supports CDMA and TechnoCom and Enfora supports GPRS.  
TAIP interface protocol now supports password and vehicle ID.  
The IOP now supports SMPP (SMS).
